Stefan brings to SDC more than 20 years of developing and implementing successful strategies for hundreds of engagements, including large multinational development and investment companies, state-owned, and private entities from different economic sectors. He has been a portfolio manager at a global investment organization. Stefan’s extensive industry expertise and long-term business relationships are a key to the services provided by SDC.

    During his long career, Stefan Dimitrov gained a multifaceted background in acquisitions and sales, corporate leases, property marketing, corporate real estate portfolio development and management, and general management.

    Before establishing SDC, Stefan Dimitrov has served as a Country Head and Chief Investment Officer for Bulgaria to Everty Group, Inc., a global development, investment, and management company developing a portfolio of prime office, commercial and hospitality properties spanning the globe. There he was responsible for the management and development of the company’s property portfolio in Bulgaria with budgeted over EUR 100 million in equity. Prior to that, Stefan has served as Partner to Unique Estates, Inc., a consulting company recognised as the leader in the luxury residential property market, a part of the largest private Bulgarian real estate holding AG Capital. Previously, he served for many years as the Managing Partner to Norman Real Estate Consultants Inc. – an advisory and brokerage company, focused on commercial and residential investment property projects.
